HCN - Hostage-Crisis Negotiator Training
Attention: Crisis Negotiators, Training Coordinators, Chiefs of Police, Sheriff
The WV Crisis Negotiators Association will be conducting training at the West Virginia State Police Academy Professional Development Center during the afternoon of Nov. 3, the entire day Nov. 4 and the morning of Nov.5. 2010
Times are as follows:
Nov.3 - 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Nov 4 - 9:00am to 5pm
Nov 5 - 9:00am to 12pm
The conference is free of charge, and is approved for 12 annual in-service Hrs. Membership in the association is not required.

This training is open to all trained Law enforcement negotiators and their department heads.
